Used Product Buying & Selling Policy
1. Seller Eligibility & Product Standards
- Sellers must be NID verified and provide accurate personal information.
- Authentic product photos (No stock or internet photos) and accurate descriptions are mandatory.
- Packaging Video: Sellers must record a continuous video of the product being packed for shipping. This will serve as evidence in case of disputes.
- Sellers found hiding product defects or providing misleading information will face permanent account suspension.
Prohibited Items: Stolen goods, counterfeit/master copies, medical equipment, expired electronics, or any illegal items are strictly prohibited. Legal liability rests solely with the seller.
2. Transactions & Payouts
- ODIQCO does not charge a commission on sales; however, subscription or listing fees may apply based on the selected package.
- Payment Escrow: Payments are held securely by ODIQCO. Payouts to sellers will be processed after the 72-hour buyer inspection period.
- Payment gateway charges (bKash/Nagad/Card fees) will be adjusted from the seller's final balance.
3. Buyer Protection & Disputes
- Buyers must pay the full order amount in advance through our secure payment gateway to confirm the order.
- Unboxing Video: Buyers must record a continuous video while unboxing the parcel. No claims for missing or damaged items will be accepted without valid video evidence.
- Buyers have 3 days (72 hours) to report any discrepancies between the item received and the description.
- Full refunds are provided for verified claims. If a return is requested without a valid defect, the buyer must bear the delivery charges.
4. Legal Responsibility & Security
- ODIQCO acts solely as a marketplace platform. We are not liable for any private transactions or agreements made outside the website.
- Any fraudulent activity or suspicious behavior will be reported to the appropriate law enforcement agencies with user data.
- All operations are governed by the Digital Security Act and Consumer Rights Protection Act of Bangladesh.
