• Buyers are responsible for carefully verifying the product description, photos, and terms before making a purchase.

• Listing any illegal products (e.g., stolen goods, counterfeit items, expired products, weapons, etc.) will result in strict legal action.

b. Legal Provisions:

• ODIQCO acts only as a platform. The ownership and liability of the product remain entirely with the seller.

• Both sellers and buyers must comply with all applicable laws, including the Digital Security Act and Consumer Rights Protection Act of Bangladesh.

• In cases of fraudulent transactions, providing false information, or using a fake identity, the user's account will be permanently banned, and information will be shared with law enforcement if necessary.

c. Seller Payment Policy:

• To sell used products, sellers must purchase a specific package or subscription from our website, which allows them to list a certain number of products.

• We do not take any commission on sales. However, any applicable payment gateway service charges (e.g., bKash/Nagad/SSLCommerz) will be deducted.

• After a successful delivery, the payment will be sent to the seller's provided bKash/Nagad/bank account within 2-5 business days.

• If a product is found to be counterfeit, misleading, or defective, the payment may be held or canceled, and the account may be blocked.

d. Buyer Payment Policy:

• Buyers must make an upfront payment for their order through our secure payment gateways (e.g., SSLCommerz, bKash, Nagad).

• The payment will be held by the website until the product is successfully delivered to the buyer.

• If there is a defect in the product upon arrival, the buyer can file a complaint within 3 days to be eligible for a refund or cancellation.

• Once the buyer confirms receiving the product, the funds will be released to the seller, and no further refund claims will be accepted.
