2. New Products Policy
- Brand Warranty: Warranties for new items are provided by the respective manufacturers or distributors.
- No "Change of Mind": Products cannot be returned or exchanged due to a change of heart or personal preference.
- Requirements: Original packaging, invoice, and all accessories must be preserved for warranty claims.
Warranty Void Conditions
Warranty is automatically voided in cases of Physical Damage, Liquid Damage, Short-circuit due to improper voltage, or unauthorized repairs.
3. Used Products Policy
ODIQCO acts as a platform for individual sellers. Ownership and legal liability remain entirely with the seller.
A continuous unboxing video is required for all claims (Missing, Wrong, or Damaged items). No refund or return will be processed without video proof.
- Subscription: Listing packages or subscription fees are strictly non-refundable.
- Payments: Buyer payments are held securely and released to sellers only after successful delivery verification.
4. Refunds & Liability
Approved refunds are processed within 7-10 business days. Shipping costs for returns are non-refundable and must be borne by the customer.
Limitation of Liability: ODIQCO is not liable for incidental damages or losses resulting from product usage or platform transactions.
