Warranty Policy

1. Warranty Coverage

1.1. ODIQCO ("we", "us", "our") warrants our products — including headphones/TWS, speakers, and smartwatches ("Products") — against manufacturing defects and material faults under normal use for a period of 3 to 18 months, depending on the brand and category.
1.2. This warranty is valid only for products purchased directly from ODIQCO or our authorized sellers and is non-transferable.

Note: Specific service/replacement terms may apply based on the warranty period stages as described in Section 2.4.


2. Warranty Claims

2.1. To make a warranty claim, you must provide valid proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation) and contact our customer service team within the warranty period.
2.2. Warranty claims can be submitted via email or through the support portal on our website.
2.3. Upon receiving a valid claim, we may, at our sole discretion, repair, replace, or refund the product.

2.4. Warranty Stage-Based Support:

  • First Half of Warranty Period – One-time product replacement will be offered. After replacement, no further warranty support will be provided for that unit.

  • Second Half of Warranty Period – Only repair/service will be provided. If repair is not possible, the product’s current value will be calculated using:

Current Value = (Original Product Price ÷ Total Warranty Days) × Remaining Warranty Days

The customer may use this value toward the purchase of another product, or pay the difference to upgrade.


3. Warranty Exclusions

This warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by misuse, accident, negligence, or improper handling.

  • Normal wear and tear, including scratches, fading, or cosmetic damage.

  • Damage due to unauthorized repairs or modifications.

  • Products purchased from unauthorized sellers or third-party marketplaces.

  • Products with serial numbers that have been removed, tampered with, or altered.


4. Return Shipping Conditions

4.1. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs (returns, replacements, or service) for warranty claims.
4.2. ODIQCO will not bear the cost of shipping repaired or replacement products back to the customer.


5. Limitation of Liability

5.1. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ODIQCO’s liability under this warranty is limited solely to the repair, replacement, or refund of the product.
5.2. ODIQCO shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products — even if such damages were foreseeable.


6. Governing Law

This warranty policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh, and any disputes shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of Bangladeshi law.


7. Changes to Warranty Policy

ODIQCO reserves the right to amend or update this warranty policy at any time without prior notice. Changes will take effect immediately upon publication on the website.
