At ODIQCO, we believe that customer trust is one of our greatest achievements. While Cash on Delivery (COD) is the most popular payment method, many customers also choose to pay in advance using bKash, Nagad, Rocket, cards, and other options.
- Refund Methods: Issued to original payment method (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Card, Bank, etc.).
- Refund Time: Typically processed within 7–10 working days from approval.
- Refund Notification: Once processed, customers will be notified via SMS, phone, email, or other methods.
Wallet recharges are strictly non-refundable. Funds in the wallet can only be used for purchasing products on our website and cannot be withdrawn as cash.
Refundable Scenarios
- Full refund if a prepaid order is canceled or customer requests cancellation.
- Full refund for undelivered or returned prepaid orders.
- Excess amount refund for overpayment or technical errors during online checkout.
- Price refund if a product becomes unavailable from stock/supplier during processing.
- For cashback campaigns, the refund will be processed excluding cashback amounts.
Warranty Coverage
1.1. ODIQCO warrants products (headphones/TWS, speakers, smartwatches) against manufacturing defects for 3 to 18 months, depending on brand.
1.2. Valid only for products purchased directly from ODIQCO or authorized sellers; non-transferable.
Exclusions & Conditions
- Damage from misuse, accidents, negligence, or unauthorized repairs.
- Normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage, or altered serial numbers.
- Shipping: Customers are responsible for all shipping costs (both ways) for claims.
- Non-Refundable: Shipping charges and gift vouchers are strictly non-refundable.
ODIQCO's liability is limited to repair, replacement, or value-based refund. We are not liable for incidental or consequential damages. Governing law: Bangladesh.
