Refund & Return Policy

At ODIQCO, we believe that customer trust is one of our greatest achievements. While Cash on Delivery (COD) is the most popular payment method, many customers also choose to pay in advance using bKash, Nagad, Rocket, cards, and other options. Due to certain limitations, advance payment may be required for specific products.


Refund Methods:

If ODIQCO fails to deliver a product within the promised time, the refund will be issued to the original payment method (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Card, Bank Transfer, etc.).


Refund Time:

If a prepaid order is canceled before delivery or is undelivered, ODIQCO typically processes the refund within 7–10 working days from the refund approval date (excluding the processing time of the payment provider).
If you do not receive your refund within this period, please contact us. In some cases, depending on product type or order conditions, refunds may take longer.


Refund Notification:

Once the refund is processed, customers will be notified via SMS, phone, email, or another available method.
If you do not receive the refund within 3 days of receiving the refund notification, please contact us. Otherwise, it will be considered that you have received your refund.


Refund Complaints:

If the refund is not received within 7–10 business days, or if you have any concerns, please contact us via ODIQCO Live Chat or email: support@odiqco.com.bd


Refundable Scenarios:

  1. Full refund will be given if a prepaid order is canceled or the customer requests cancellation.

  2. Full refund for undelivered or returned prepaid orders.

  3. If you overpay or if any product is removed due to unavailability, the excess amount will be refunded.

  4. If a technical error causes overpayment during online checkout, the excess amount will be refunded upon valid proof.

  5. If any product becomes unavailable from stock/supplier during the order processing stage, its price will be refunded after informing the customer.

  6. For canceled orders during cashback campaigns or failed deliveries, the refund will be processed excluding cashback amounts.

  7. If a product is defective and returned within the valid return period with proper proof, it will be replaced or refunded if no stock is available.

  8. Only the price of the returned product will be refunded. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

  9. Refunds will only be processed after the returned item is inspected. No refund will be issued for physically damaged items caused by customer mishandling.


Non-Refundable Scenarios:

  1. Gift voucher payments are non-refundable. If the order is canceled or delivery fails, the amount will be stored as credit for future use.

  2. According to the Return & Exchange Policy, shipping or delivery charges are not refundable.

  3. If you selected Cash on Delivery (COD) and did not make any payment, you are not eligible for a refund.
