Refund Policy

At ODIQCO, customer trust is our greatest achievement. While Cash on Delivery (COD) is our most popular method, many customers prefer advance payments via bKash, Nagad, or Cards. Due to specific limitations, advance payment may be mandatory for certain products.

Refund Method Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (bKash, Nagad, Card, or Bank Transfer) used during the purchase.
Processing Time Typically processed within 7–10 working days after approval (excluding payment provider's processing time).

Refundable Scenarios

  • If ODIQCO fails to deliver a prepaid order within the promised timeframe.
  • Excess payment caused by technical errors or overpayment during checkout.
  • If a product becomes unavailable from the supplier during order processing.
  • For cashback campaigns, refunds will be processed excluding the cashback amount.
  • Defective products returned within the valid period (if stock is unavailable for replacement).

Non-Refundable Scenarios

  • Shipping Charges: Delivery or shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Gift Vouchers: Voucher payments are non-refundable and stored as credit for future use.
  • Physical Damage: Items damaged due to customer mishandling are not eligible for refunds.

Wallet Recharge Policy

Important: Funds recharged into the ODIQCO Wallet are strictly non-refundable to personal accounts/cash. Wallet balances can only be used for purchasing products on our website.

Protection Policy (ODIQCO Risk-Free)

Refunds are only finalized after the returned item is inspected by our quality team. If no complaint is received within 3 days of the refund notification, the transaction is considered successfully closed.
